Trendy and super healthy chia seeds combined with oatmeal! This is something you’re guaranteed to keep you full.

Ingredients

  • 200mL Milk or Oatmilk
  • 50g Oatmeal
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Topping of your choice (grated dark chocolate, coconut flakes, fresh or frozen berries...)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Step 1: Mix milk, oatmeal and chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Step 2: The next morning, blend the pudding with the banana and top with berries, chocolate, and coconut.
