Oat and chia pudding
Trendy and super healthy chia seeds combined with oatmeal! This is something you’re guaranteed to keep you full.

Ingredients
- 200mL Milk or Oatmilk
- 50g Oatmeal
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 Banana
- Topping of your choice (grated dark chocolate, coconut flakes, fresh or frozen berries...)
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1: Mix milk, oatmeal and chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 2: The next morning, blend the pudding with the banana and top with berries, chocolate, and coconut.
