A fantastically delicious recipe for pancakes made with oats, easy to prepare and packed with protein from quark and eggs. Serve with fresh berries!

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 125g Quark (Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese works too)
  • 100g Oatmeal
  • 50mL Milk
  • 1/2 tps Baking powder
  • 1/2 tps Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Step 1: Whisk the eggs and milk. Then whisk in the quark/greek yoghurt or cottage cheese.
  2. Step 2: Mix the other ingredients and fry in a frying pan.
  3. Step 3: Serve with fresh berries and toppings to your linking.
