Ingredients

  • 100g Oatmeal
  • 300g Natural yoghurt (vanilla flavor recommended)
  • 1 banana
  • 200g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 apple

DIRECTIONS

  1. Step 1: Slice the banana and apple and place in the blender.
  2. Step 2: Pour in the rest of the ingredients and blend together into a smooth drink.
  3. Step 3: Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
