Egg and apple porridge
A porridge made with milk and eggs, bursting with protein. Cottage cheese and apple top the porridge, which gives you nice protein addition!

Ingredients
- 100g Oatmeal
- 200mL Milk or Oat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- Toppings: grated apple and cottage cheese, cinammon...
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1: Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Step 2: Stir occasionally. Serve with cottage cheese or quark, grated apple and cinnamon.
