This muesli bar recipe is perfect after your workout, easy to make, naturally sweetened with dates, and enhanced with a rich, well-rounded flavor from coconut oil.

Ingredients

  • 125g Pitted dates
  • 300g Oatmeal
  • 3 tsp Coconut oil
  • Melted dark chocolate (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Step 1: Blend 2 dl muesli, dates and coconut oil in a blender. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the muesli and mix. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  2. Step 2: Cut into bars and drizzle over melted chocolate.

💡 Tips

You can add dried fruits into the mixture to your linking !
