A refreshing oatmeal smoothie with a lovely blue color, perfect as a pre-training snack. The oatmeal smoothie provides sustained energy and helps keep you fuller for longer.

Ingredients
- 100g Oatmeal
- 300g Natural yoghurt (vanilla flavor recommended)
- 1 banana
- 200g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 apple
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1: Slice the banana and apple and place in the blender.
- Step 2: Pour in the rest of the ingredients and blend together into a smooth drink.
- Step 3: Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
